Processing Time
All jewelry and hand-painted silks are made to order.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships.
This processing window allows us to handcraft, finish, and prepare each item with the highest quality standards.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification containing:

Delivery Time

International Shipping

Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, delays or lost packages can occur. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the package.
